Pill Reminder App - Refund Policy

These Refund Terms describe the refund process and conditions for purchases (subscriptions and one-time supports) made through the "Pill Reminder" (hereinafter "Application") application. By purchasing any paid service or product from our Application, you agree to these terms.
Important Note: All basic functions in our Application are free and do not contain ads. Subscriptions and one-time supports are entirely voluntary and aim to help the development of the application.
General Conditions
- All refund requests are processed in accordance with Google Play's current refund policies and the specific terms set out in this document.
- Refund decisions can be made by both Google Play and the Application developer (Ruhid Javadov).
- Refund requests must be made from the Google account where the purchase was made.
Refund Conditions for Subscriptions
- For monthly subscriptions: A refund may be issued if you request it within the first 48 (forty-eight) hours after purchasing your subscription.
- After the 48-hour period expires, refunds for the current subscription period are generally not issued. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is provided for the remaining period of a canceled subscription.
Refund Conditions for One-Time Supports (Donations)
- For one-time support packages of $5.00 USD or less: A refund may be issued if you request it within the first 24 (twenty-four) hours after making the support payment.
- No refunds are issued for one-time support packages exceeding $5.00 USD. Such supports are considered direct donations to the application's development.
Refund Request Process
- Via Google Play: Typically, you can submit a refund request directly from the "Order History" section in the Google Play Store (especially within the first 48 hours).
- Contact Us: If you experience issues with your refund request via Google Play or have a query within the specific conditions mentioned above, you can contact us via email at ruhidcavadoff@gmail.com, providing your purchase details (order number, purchase date).
Google Play's Refund Policies
As our Application is distributed through the Google Play platform, Google Play's own refund policies and terms also apply and may, in some cases, supersede our policy.
Google Play may issue refunds at its own discretion in certain circumstances (e.g., accidental purchases, unauthorized purchases, or if the product is not as described).

Abuse Cases
Attempts to abuse the refund system (e.g., repeatedly requesting refunds for the same product) may result in your refund request being denied and your future purchases being restricted.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Refund Terms from time to time. In the event of any significant changes, information will be provided within the application or through other appropriate channels. Changes take effect from the moment they are published.
